Sitters · the watering bench

Someone’s ferns will need you.

Every plant person travels eventually, and every collection needs watering while they’re gone. Sitters are neighbours who step in — you set your rate, arrange it directly, and the bench is currently empty.

What sitting means here

No agency, no cut
i.Water, mist, check

House visits while someone travels — their watering notes, your hands. Some sitters host plants at home instead; say which you do.

ii.Your territory, your terms

List the neighbourhoods you cover and what you charge — flat rate, per visit, or a trade in cuttings. It’s between you and them.

iii.Trust, the old way

No ratings theatre. Your listing is your word, read by a human before it goes up — and your neighbourhood is all anyone sees.
